AVIVA Magroller
Coating is a
cross-linked polymer
based substance made
with liquid
hydrocarbon and
mineral oil. This
unique formulation
enables the coating
process to be
applied easily and
quickly. In fact,
the AVIVA coating
process takes just
one minute. It
leaves no residue
and will not cause
fumes as the liquid
hydrocarbon will
evaporate quickly.
The unique
formulation prevents
uneven coating
thickness resulting
in uneven print
density. Application
is simple, and
designed with the
remanufacturer in
mind.

Uses of AVIVA magroller
Coating
a. |
To be used as a
production
control tool to
detect and
determine
defective toner
quality and or
batches used in
remanufacturing. |
b. |
To be used as a
quality control
tool ensuring
all
remanufactured
toners meet
minimum
homogeneity in
print standards. |
Consistent print quality
covers many aspects,
including: |
1. |
Consistency in
density,
graphics, and
yield during the
service cycle. |
2. |
Cartridge to
cartridge
comparison of
like models. |
3. |
Batch to batch
comparison of a
particular model
and homogeneity
of printouts in
each and every
cartridge. |
Typical results of using
AVIVA Magroller Coating
are shown on the diagram
below.
AVIVA produces consistent
print quality with darker
density, good grayscale,
clear graphics and high
yield. Density during the
service cycle remains at its
maximum throughout. |
